The service

BuildScout, operated by HEISSERS LIMITED (CRO 762336), Ireland, sends subscribers a weekly email listing new planning applications in the counties they choose. The lists are built from public planning records.

Billing

Monthly plans are €39 per month for the first county and €19 per month for each extra county, billed monthly in advance. Yearly plans are 20% cheaper and billed once a year in advance: €374.40 a year for the first county and €182.40 a year for each extra county. VAT is added where applicable. Payments go through Stripe.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel anytime, in two clicks, from the link in every email. There's no contract and no notice period. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year and don't renew. We don't give partial refunds unless the law requires them.

The data

We collect the data from public planning records and tag each job type automatically. Councils publish at different speeds. We don't guarantee that every application is included or correctly tagged. BuildScout is not affiliated with any planning authority.

Contains planning data from the National Planning Application Database (Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage), licensed under CC BY 4.0, and from local authority public planning registers.

Your use

The lists are for your own business development. You may not resell or republish them. When you contact property owners, follow applicable rules, including data protection and e-marketing law.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing here limits liability that Irish law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
