How early do I hear about a job?
Usually months before work starts. The owner needs permission before they can build, so these jobs reach you while they're still planning and before they've chosen a builder or trades.
What's in each job?
The site location, a description of the work, the type of job (new house, extension, housing scheme, fit-out, farm building, solar, change of use), the size where it's given, and a link to the full plans and drawings.
Which areas do you cover?
All 26 counties and every council, including Dublin City, Fingal, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, South Dublin, and Cork City and County.
Do you include the owner's name?
No. You get the location and the details of the job. You can see everything on the public file through the link we give you.
Can I cancel?
